Storefront

A country-specific instance of the App Store or Google Play with localized content and rankings.

Each country has its own App Store storefront with its own rankings, search results, charts, and editorial features. The US storefront is the largest by revenue but represents under 30% of global app downloads. Top 15 storefronts (US, UK, CA, AU, NZ, DE, FR, JP, KR, BR, MX, IN, ES, IT, NL) cover ~80% of global revenue. Tracking only the US misses critical signals — your US rank #20 might be Japan rank #2 (or vice versa). Localized metadata per storefront is the single biggest unlock for international growth.
